War gallery

We are making some exciting changes in the War Gallery on the Second Floor. This will mean that some areas will need to be closed whilst we install our new ‘Hundred Years’ War’ display between the 11th July and the 6th August. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. If there is something special that you would like to see in the meantime, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to arrange this.

The War gallery presents the development of weapons and the art of warfare from early history to World War II and beyond.
