Albert Bear's Christmas Adventure
Good news!
To enable more families to make a planned visit this festive season to Albert Bear's Christmas Adventure we've made some more tickets available to book for all dates from Tuesday 2 December to Sunday 4 January.
Please be aware that once this final allocation of tickets is booked no more will be issued. We have worked hard and invested on site to ensure that more people can visit, however there is no way for us to add any more capacity after this batch of tickets is gone.
Families First
We would love for local families to be able to bring their children for a very special visit to Fort Nelson over the festive period, and we respectfully request that these tickets for Albert Bear's Christmas Adventure are not booked by adult visitors primarily wishing to see the For Your Tomorrow - The People's Tribute by Standing with Giants installation.
We made 1,000s more tickets available last week and will have welcomed over 80,000 people to see the installation by the time it leaves the Fort at the end of January.
Albert Bear's Christmas Adventure
Join Albert Bear on a North Pole adventure this festive season. Follow the trail and enjoy loads of magical activities, with fun and games for all ages.
Come and help Santa's elves in their workshops. Can you help Penny Peppermint fill the goody bags, and Gracie Giftstacker sort out the parcels? You can dress up in elf costumes, have a snowball fight, and even visit Michael Mistletoe's sleigh workshop.
Pick up your free festive trail map on arrival at the Fort, and don't forget to grab a sticker before you leave.
Book Now
Please book a ticket for everyone in your party over the age of 3.
Please make sure you order enough tickets as orders cannot be added to once processed.
Tickets are free. Please consider making a donation when booking. We have suggested a donation of £5 when booking tickets. If you are not able to donate or wish to donate a different amount the suggested amount can be changed.

Please only book if you are definitely planning to visit. Demand for tickets is very high and we would appreciate your help in reducing the number of no-shows.
We are advising visitors not to travel to Fort Nelson without a pre-booked ticket during the period we have Standing with Giants onsite.
Visitor capacity, based on cancellations and no-shows, will be assessed daily in the afternoon. Any available tickets will be released on site on a first-come-first served basis after this time.
Available tickets based on cancellations are not guaranteed.
Having a pre-booked ticket is the only way to guarantee entry to Fort Nelson.
Cancellation
If you cannot attend please do cancel your tickets by clicking on Manage Tickets at the bottom of your confirmation email and following the process. When tickets are cancelled they go back into live availability for others to book.
Under Charity Law donations cannot be cancelled/refunded. Please contact our Development team for more information if required.
Change the date
You can transfer your tickets to another date if there is availability. Please see your booking confirmation email and follow the Manage Tickets link.
Adding more tickets
Tickets cannot be added to an existing order. You will need to make a new booking for the same date and arrival time, if there is availability.
