Cafe 1871

Cafe 1871 is the perfect place to meet up with family and friends for some refreshments after you’ve explored the museum.

Situated in the Fort’s Visitor Centre, the cafe is bright and modern with a traditional twist. Whether seated indoors or outside enjoying one of the best views in southern Hampshire it is a pleasant place to relax.

Our seasonal menu always has a selection of freshly prepared light meals to savour – from hearty soups and paninis to baked potatoes. And why not treat yourself to one of our delicious cakes or muffins with your freshly brewed tea or barista-style coffee.

Free Wi-Fi is available in the cafe.
