Videos
Some videos do not have audio description yet. We are working through these and adding it where needed.
Content that does not have to meet the accessibility regulations
Videos published before 23 September 2020 do not have to meet these accessibility requirements.
We may improve older videos when we update or replace them.
Where making content accessible would be a disproportionate burden
Making all of these videos accessible now would take a very large amount of time and money. We have assessed this and decided that doing all of the work immediately would be a disproportionate burden.
- we have a lot of old footage
- we do not have the original files
- the video player has technical limits
We have a five-year plan to improve the accessibility of these videos.
