Ahoy me hearties!

Join Captain ‘Cutlass’ Kate and her pirate crew on a search for hidden treasure at Fort Nelson this May half term.

Event Information

There will be have-a-go activities including making pirate flags, dressing up, and digging for buried treasure.

Pick up a trail sheet, explore the Fort, bust some myths, and learn some surprising facts about pirates.

Plus join our gang on a treasure hunt, collect the letters and solve the puzzle to earn your pirate badge.

Admission is free. Please pre-book your visit as half term will be busy at the Fort.

Museum-only visits 23 to 31 May: If you just wish to visit the museum galleries and national collection please book via the link on this page. You are welcome to stay as long as you wish.

Parking is £3 per vehicle, payable in reception on the day.

Suggested donation: £2.50.
