Andrew Latchmore

Andrew Latchmore studied Law at Leeds University and has over 40 years’ experience working as a lawyer focusing primarily on commercial property development work acting for both private and public sector clients.

He was a Partner at Eversheds (now Eversheds Sutherland) for 25 years and served as National Managing Partner Client Services for the firm.

In 2003 he became a partner at Shulmans LLP in Leeds and served on the firm’s Management Board for a number of years. In 2017 he became a consultant with the firm. He retired from that position in May 2020.

Andrew has been actively involved in working to promote the City of Leeds alongside Leeds Chamber of Commerce, Leeds City Council, Leeds City Region and a wide range of other stakeholders. He chaired, for five years in each case, the Northern Chapter of the British Council for Offices, and the Leeds Property Forum, and was Deputy Chairman of the Leeds Business Improvement District, also for five years.

Andrew Latchmore became a Trustee of the Royal Armouries in November 2019.
