Andrew Latchmore
Andrew Latchmore studied Law at Leeds University and has over 40 years’ experience working as a lawyer focusing primarily on commercial property development work acting for both private and public sector clients.
He was a Partner at Eversheds (now Eversheds Sutherland) for 25 years and served respectively as National Head of Real Estate and then as National Managing Partner Client Services for the firm.
In 2003 he became a partner at Shulmans LLP (now Knights plc) in Leeds and served on the firm’s Management Board for a number of years. In 2017 he became a consultant with the firm. He retired from that position in June 2020.
Andrew has been actively involved in working to promote the City of Leeds alongside Leeds Chamber of Commerce, Leeds City Council, Leeds City Region and a wide range of other stakeholders. He served as a member of two of Leeds Local Enterprise Partnership’s panels. He was also Deputy Chairman on the Board of Leeds Business Improvement District for five years and acted as advisor to the Board for a further year.
Andrew Latchmore became a Trustee of the Royal Armouries in November 2019.
