The Royal Armouries is involved in a number of projects aimed at engaging with the local and wider communities who may be affected by issues related to our collection or who have been Inspired by… our collection or its history.
Royal Armouries welcomes the opportunity to work with community groups to produce artworks Inspired by… our collection and themes.
As part of the First World War centenary commemorations, Royal Armouries worked with a number of local museums, archives and other heritage organisations.
The museum is currently looking for ex-servicemen and women to share their stories and memories of the weapons and equipment they used whilst on active service, and be re-united with them.
