Taekwon-do is a Korean Martial Art of self-defence in which the hands and feet are used as powerful tools to protect yourself.
Famous for its quick and dynamic kicking and punching techniques, Taekwon-Do provides an all over body workout and is an excellent exercise for improving muscle tone, core strength, cardiovascular ability and flexibility.
Classes are taught by Master Paul Liversidge.
The club meets every meets Every Tuesday and Sunday.
