Here at the Royal Armouries in Leeds you can learn two distinct and separate art forms of Martial Arts.

One with weapons Kobudo and one without Taekwon-do

Martial Arts is a great form of exercise which develops fitness, flexibility, co-ordination and strength.

INDIAN ARMS AND ARMOUR: PHYSICAL, SPIRITUAL AND MYTHOLOGICAL

This special seminar, with Natasha Bennett, Acting Curator (Oriental Collections), will allow delegates to admire and examine weaponry and armour from India at close quarters.
