Fencing

From 18 March 2020 the Royal Armouries Museum in Leeds and Fort Nelson will be closed to visitors until further notice. Consequently, all club and society meetings are suspended until further notice.

Fencing is one of the oldest combat sports and requires dexterity, skill and speed.

Using foil, epée or sabre, fencing improves co-ordination, balance and flexibility, and is a great way for people all ages and abilities to keep fit.

Coaching is provided by Roy Elvin of the British Fencing Association. All equipment and protective clothing will be provided.
