Our museums in Leeds and at Fort Nelson near Portsmouth are ideal sites for exploring topics in history, art and design, English and local history. There is no set route through the galleries, giving you the freedom to plan your group’s activities. This creates opportunities for you to explore the topics and periods that are most relevant to your group.
We strongly recommend that teachers organising a visit for the first time make a planning visit to the museum. Please see the Organiser’s Pack for details.
In order to provide the best possible experience for your students it is important that you book in advance. This enables us to:
- Ensure cloakroom facilities are available for you
- Assist with SEN needs
- Advise you of any planned gallery changes that might impact your visit
- Allocate your coach a parking space.
For more information, or to book a place, please contact our bookings team on 0113 220 1888 or email@example.com. More information is available on our Book a Visit page.
