Spring Into Action

Charge down to the Royal Armouries Museum this half term and burn off some energy with our action-packed events programme.

There’ll be plenty of hands-on and have-a-go activities as well as the chance to try our challenging military-style junior assault course.

Our experienced interpretation team will be demonstrating martial arts and sword skills plus recounting dramatic tales of tournaments and sporting daring-do.

Junior Assault Course

Open every day 11am – 4pm

Warrior Workshop

Every day, sessions at 11am, 1pm & 3pm

Discover the skills and training required to become a warrior from different time periods in this fun and interactive workshop (child-friendly props and ‘weapons’ will be provided).

Martial Arts Demonstration & Have-a-Go Sessions

Your chance to have a go at some martial arts techniques.

Viking Battle Tactics & Drill Formations

The Vikings are coming! Junior Warriors can join the charge and learn some marching drills and battle skills. Interactive sessions (outdoors so weather dependent)
