Director of Masterplanning

Emma Carver joined the Royal Armouries as the Director of Public Engagement in 2014.

In light of the new opportunities which have recently opened up for the museum in Leeds, she has been seconded to the new role of Director of Masterplanning and is responsible for the development of the Strategic Brief for the project.

An experienced heritage strategist and interpretative planner, Emma has devised the Public Engagement Strategy for the Royal Armouries and was responsible for the Interpretation, Learning and Participation Strategy for the Stonehenge World Heritage Site, Audley End House & Gardens and Dover Castle during her time at English Heritage.
