Our museum is an ideal site for exploring topics in History, Art and Design, English and Local History. There is no single route through its galleries, giving you the freedom to plan your groups’ activities. This creates opportunities for you to explore the topics and periods that are most relevant to your group.

We strongly recommend that teacher’s organising a visit for the first time make a planning visit to the museum. Read the Organisers Pack for details.
