An introduction to the art and social history of duelling and a closer look at the duellist’s weapons of choice and their origins.
From medieval sword and buckler and renaissance rapier to the lightning fast smallsword and the specialist pistols of the 18th and early 19th centuries.
Booking Information
All of the seminars run from 10:30 to 16:00 and take place at the Royal Armouries Museum, Leeds.
The cost is £30 per delegate.
Lunch is not provided, but there is a bistro and a café plus a picnic area in the Museum.
Booking is essential as the seminars tend to sell out quickly.
